CHANGES TO OUR METRO DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We’re updating our delivery services for Australian metro customers to guarantee a reliable delivery experience every time you order with us.
As of February 3 2025, we will be transitioning to a next-day delivery service. By making this adjustment, we can simplify operations across all locations, minimise delays, and continue to deliver on our superior customer service promise.
While same-day delivery will no longer be available, we remain committed to providing fast and reliable next-day delivery to metro customers for orders placed before 1:30 PM local time.
Fast Delivery
We know how important it is to maintain sufficient inventory and we always ensure you get your orders without delay. This is why we offer next day delivery for metro orders placed before 1:30pm local time. From our warehouse locations across Australia, we offer free freight to most metro areas (for orders of 4+ cartons) and BioPak subsidised freight to remote locations (may exclude hand unload and tailgate deliveries, please contact our sales team for more information).
*Note: Napkins and wooden cutlery cartons are considered half a carton.

Order Amendments
Our commitment to fast shipping times means that orders are picked within an hour of being made and there may be fees involved if there are changes to your order.
Fee involved for order changes:
If it hasn’t been picked – there will be no fees.
If it has been picked but not delivered – there will be a $5.00 +GST charge per carton.
If it has been picked and delivered – there will be a fee +GST charge advised upon return request (due to variations in freight cost).
Returns Policy
Stock Returns for Credit
Products can only be returned to BioPak for credit within 7 days from invoice date even if BioPak is at fault. If BioPak is not at fault and the customer wishes to return product, subject to the rest of this clause 4 being adhered to, the customer will:
Pay the cost of freight of the goods both to them and back to BioPak, as well as a $5.00 per carton restocking / administration fee if returning for Credit; OR
Pay the cost of freight of the goods back to BioPak if returning for credit and then received a replacement item of the same quantity
Returned products can only be credited at the value equivalent to the current market value of the products.
Damaged goods are not eligible for return. Products to be returned must have a return authorization (RA) number clearly visible on the outside of the package (NOT on original carton), and the product must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition acceptable by BioPak. Any goods that have been written on or defaced by You or your courier will not be eligible for return.
BioPak only accepts complete cartons with no items missing. BioPak does not accept credit sleeves of products nor individual items.
Approved product returns must be returned to BioPak within 3 business days of the RA number being issued or the goods will be declined and returned to you.
All returns outside the above conditions are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, if and only if BioPak agrees to accept the return at the sole discretion of BioPak. BioPak is under no obligation to accept returns of Product from Customers.
Warranty
BioPak warrants that all Products supplied are fit for purpose.
Should any Products not meet the Customer requirements for this purpose, then BioPak will replace the Products at no cost to the Customer or provide the Customer with a full refund at the Customers preference.
